Pōhakuloa Training Area to host Small Business Industry Day
U.S. Army Garrison Pōhakuloa Training Area, located in the saddle region between Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa on the Big Island, invites interested small business and industry partners to visit the military facility next week.
Small Business Industry Day is scheduled for 1 to 3 p.m. July 31 in the United Service Organizations Building at the training area. It is free to attend.

However, because of capacity limits, registration is required and strictly limited to two representatives per company or firm. Each must also register separately and appear on the Attendee Roster to access the installation.
Those interested in attending should click here to register. The registration deadline is today (July 23).
Pōhakuloa Training Area Garrison Command Team and 413th Contracting Support Brigade will host this exclusive event in coordination with Hawai‘i APEX Accelerator. It is designed to foster collaboration and transparency between the military installation and local industrial base.
Those who attend will gain direct insight into the installation’s mission, upcoming contracting requirements and best ways to do business with 413th Contracting Support Brigade. They also will network with military leadership and explore how to develop a strategic partnership.
