What do you get when Good Trouble Lives On combines with No Dictators vibe?
Join East Hawai‘i Indivisible and follow the example set by civil rights pioneer and lawmaker John Lewis as Good Trouble Lives On teach, reach and preach day of action combines with the No Dictators protest vibe for a day of peaceful and joyous demonstration.

The event from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. today (July 18) on Kamehameha Avenue along Hilo Bayfront, across the road from the soccer fields, also honors the life, memory, accomplishments and legacy of Lewis, whose lifelong commitment to justice, equality and voting rights transformed the United States.
There’s still time to register for today’s demonstration; however, registration is not necessary. Everyone is welcome to come be part of the effort.
Organizer East Hawai‘i Indivisible asks participants to bring signs that best fit their views — pro-democracy, civil rights, voting rights, anti-war, anti-ICE, Epstein Files, etc., are all welcome.
East Hawai‘i Indivisible is a chapter of the national Indivisible Network.
It was created by the merger of Kea‘au Indivisible, Volcanoes Indivisible and Hilo One. The organiztion is part of a grassroots movement of more than 2,800 chapters nationwide dedicated to building a coalition of voters dedicated to preserving the American experiment through local action and informed civic engagement.
