UPDATE: Hawai‘i Island police locate missing elderly man

Hawai‘i Police Department reports that missing person James Simmons has been located in good health.
Simmons was initially reported missing today after being last seen on 29th Avenue in Hawaiian Paradise Park in Kea‘au at 6 a.m.
