UPDATE: Haumalu Street now OPEN after police activity near intersection of Haupia Street in Mountain View

Hawai‘i Police Department reports Haumalu Street in Mountain View is now OPEN to all traffic.
Authorities advised just after 6 p.m. Thursday, May 21, that the public should avoid for several hours the area of Puna roadway at the intersection of Haupia Street because the department was involved in a police activity in the area.
Hawai‘i Police Department thanks the public for its cooperation.
