UPDATE: May 7, 2026, 3:48 p.m. | Hawaiʻi Island police say a 17-year-old girl who had previously been reported as a runaway has been found safe.

Lily Amor was located in Ocean View on Tuesday and was reported to be in good health, according to police. Authorities thanked the public for assisting in the search efforts.

Original Post: Hawai‘i Island police are seeking 17-year-old Lily Amor of Ocean View, who was reported as a runaway.

Amor was last seen in the Hawaiian Ocean View Estates subdivision at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 8, and is believed to be in the Kona area.

She is described as having a dark/tanned complexion, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Amor also has a nose piercing and braces.    

Police ask that anyone with information on Amor’s whereabouts to please call the police department’s non-emergency number at (808) 935-3311; or Officer Dane Shibuya Jr. at (808) 929-2520, or over email at dane.shibuya@hawaiipolice.gov.
