Kona Brewers Festival returns in March 2026
One of Hawaiʻi’s most beloved community celebrations is officially back following a brief hiatus.

Kona Brewers Festival — now entering its 31st year — returns March 14, 2026, at historic King Kamehameha Kona Beach Hotel in Kailua-Kona, led for the first time by the Rotary Clubs of West Hawaiʻi.
The 2026 Kona Brewers Festival will feature an outstanding lineup of craft breweries, culinary creations from local chefs, live entertainment and a vibrant atmosphere of community, aloha and fun.
Ron Artis II, one of Hawaiʻi’s most celebrated musicians, will also join the festival as its featured artist.
“Our mission is simple: great beer, great food, great fun — and a great impact for West Hawaiʻi,” said new Kona Brewers Festival Executive Director Gonzalo “Gonzo” Garcia in an announcement about the event’s return.
The annual gathering will also continue its tradition of raising funds for local causes while honoring Rotary’s global mission of “Service Above Self.”
“Over three decades, Kona Brewers Festival has poured more than great beer — it has poured support into our community,” Garcia said. “By bringing this iconic event under the stewardship of Rotary, we are ensuring that its legacy of generosity not only continues, but grows.”
Kona Brewers Festival raised more than $1.8 million since its founding, which was given to support environmental, cultural and youth-focused nonprofits.

Now powered by Rotary’s service network and international reach, the 2026 festival will continue to champion local needs while connecting to a broader spirit of humanitarian service.
Rotary Clubs of West Hawaiʻi invites residents, visitors, brewers, musicians and sponsors to join us in celebrating the return of this signature island tradition.
