The West Hawaiʻi GOP is hosting an event in Kailua-Kona to grow membership and strengthen the conservative voice in West Hawaiʻi.

The “United, Grow, Win” event is free for all community members this Sunday in Kona. There will be three speakers: Sen. Brenton Awa, a U.S. congressional candidate; Rep. Diamond Garcia; and Lani Kaʻaʻa from the Leadership Institute.

Awa will also host a question-and-answer session for attendees. While Republican Party membership is not required, there will be opportunities to sign up and join at the event.

The organization will also collect holiday cards for the troops. Attendees can donate new, unused holiday cards to send aloha to those serving far from home.
