Hawaiʻi County Parks and Recreation has organized programs for keiki to enjoy arts and crafts, indoor and outdoor games, sports, music, dance, special events, and excursions from June 9 to July 18 this summer.

“Summer Fun is a great opportunity for our keiki to stay active, develop new interests, and build connections with their peers during the school break,” said Mayor Kimo Alameda. “I want to thank our Department of Parks and Recreation staff for offering these engaging programs to our youth and providing families with an important lifeline during the summer.”

Summer Fun will operate from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding the holidays on June 11 and July 4. Registration dates vary by location, but registration will be open until enrollment is full.
