Police seek missing endangered 83-year-old Fern Forest woman

An 83-year-old woman is missing and considered endangered as she could be in need of medical assistance.

Hawai‘i Island police are asking the public for help with locating Annette Hughes of Fern Forest, who was last seen leaving her home on Ohialani Road at 6:45 a.m. March 6 in Fern Forest.

Hughes is 5-foot-7, weighs about 130 pounds, has a light complexion, gray hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts is urged to immediately call the Hawai’i Police Department non-emergency number at 808-935-3311.
