Update at 8:53 a.m. Dec. 26: Hawai‘i Island police report 17-year-old Momi Leonard, who was previously reported as a runaway, was located Wednesday in Puna in good health.

Original post at 3:07 p.m. Dec. 24: Hawai‘i Island police are looking for a 17-year-old runaway and want to know if anyone in the public might have seen her or knows her whereabouts. who is reported as a runaway.

Momi Leonard

Momi Leonard was last seen at about 9:30 a.m. Monday in the 1700 block of Kino‘ole Street in downtown Hilo.

Leonard is about 5-foot-1, weighs 145 pounds and is described as Asian/Filipino with a medium build, brown hair and hazel eyes.

She was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black Juicy Couture pajamas and black-and-white shoes.

Anyone with information about Leonard’s whereabouts is asked to call the Hawai‘i Police Department’s non-emergency line at 808-935-3311.
