Who wants to just sit around during winter break?

Hawai‘i County Parks and Recreation is offering several Winter Fun programs during the winter break for Big Island keiki in elementary and middle school.

Day camps are offering a variety of arts and crafts, sports, games, music and more from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from Dec. 23 to Jan. 3, 2025, except on Christmas and New Year’s days.

Winter Fun programs will be offered at the following locations:

Grades: 1-4; Cost: $25 per participant
