The Hawai‘i Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Jeffrey Clarkson, a 60-year-old man last seen at 4:30 a.m. on Sept. 7 on Rainbow Drive in Hilo.
Clarkson is described by police as Caucasian, five feet nine inches tall and 220 pounds.
