3:15 p.m. Tuesday update: Both lanes on Highway 19 at Laupahoehoe Gulch are now open.

Original post: A portion of Highway 19 in Hāmākua is closed to one lane due to a stalled bus near the Laupahoehoe Gulch.

The closure is between mile markers 26 and 27. Motorists should expect delays.

More information will be provided as it becomes available.
