Update: Hawai‘i Island police locate missing Pāhoa woman

8:30 p.m. update Thursday: The Hawai‘i Police Department reports that 33-year-old Nova L. Neri, who was previously reported as an endangered missing person, was located Thursday morning in good health.

Original post: Hawaii Island police are seeking the public’s help in finding a Pāhoa woman who was reported missing.

Nova Luna Neri, 33, was last seen in the Kailua-Kona area on July 13. She is considered endangered and may need medical attention.

Neri is African American, 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighs approximately 130 pounds, and has shoulder-length black hair, brown eyes and a medium complexion.

Police ask anyone with information about Neri’s whereabouts is urged to call the department’s non-emergency number at 808-935-3311.
