Update: Wanted Ocean View man found in Ka‘ū

4:03 p.m. April 26 update: An Ocean View man sought on an outstanding bench warrant was arrested today in the Ka‘ū District at 8 a.m.

Jordan Blevins, 42, was also sought for questioning in a separate criminal investigation. The case is an ongoing investigation and the case will be forwarded to the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney once it is completed. 

Original post: Hawai’i Island police is requesting the public’s help in locating an Ocean View man who is wanted for an outstanding bench warrant and also for questioning for a separate criminal investigation.

The suspect, Jordan Blevins, 42, is 6 feet tall, 140 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. He is known to frequent the Hawaiian Ocean View Estates area.

Blevins was scheduled to appear in court on March 25 to pay a $150 fine after pleading no contest to disorderly conduct. When he was a no-show, Kona District Court Judge Kimberly Tsuchiya issued a bench warrant for the 42-year-old’s arrest.

The Hawai’i Police Department would also like to inform the public that harboring or concealing a wanted person could result in criminal charges being filed against them.
