Hawai‘i Island police report runaway teen girl found in good health

2:34 p.m. April 15 update: The Hawai‘i Police Department reports that 16-year-old Jayla Fiesta, who was previously reported as a runaway, was found in Hilo today in good health.

Original post: Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s help in locating 16-year-old Jayla Fiesta who is reported as a runaway.

She was last seen in the area of Stable Camp Road in Honomū on Sunday at around 10 p.m.

She is Filipino, about 5 feet 2 inches tall, 120 pounds, medium build, brown hair, and brown eyes.

Police ask anyone with information on her whereabouts to call the department’s non-emergency line at 808-935-3311.

Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call the island-wide Crime Stoppers number at 808-961-8300 and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.00.
