U.S. Army Garrison Pōhakuloa Training Area, located in the Saddle region on the Big Island, is inviting the public in April to get a taste of what it’s like being on the base, what it does and more.

The 2024 Experience PTA Day is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 25 on the garrison’s Bradshaw Army Airfield.

The four-hour open house will have something interesting for everyone from keiki to kūpuna. Those who attend can learn about the Army and its community partners, enjoy military displays and participate in activities in the science, technology, engineering and mathematics fields.
