Hawai‘i County EPIC permitting system scheduled for maintenance outage

The Department of Public Works Building Division has a scheduled maintenance outage of the EPIC Permitting system starting at 5:30 p.m. until 8 a.m. on Wednesday.

Access to the EPIC system will be unavailable during this time.

Electronic Processing and Inspection Center, commonly known as EPIC, is Hawai‘i County’s online permitting system where Big Island community members can submit building applications.
