Big Island police seek 17-year-old runaway missing since December 2023

The Hawai’i Police Department is asking for help with finding a 17-year-old who has been missing since the middle of December 2023.

Tristen Denis-Silva

Tristen Denis-Silva was reported as a runaway Dec. 15. He is known to frequent the Hilo and Puna areas.

Denis-Silva is 5-foot-8, 160 pounds, with short black hair with the back and sides shaved, a thin mustache and brown eyes. He also has an oval-shaped, grape-sized dark birthmark on his right neck.
