Hawai‘i Island police report that 15-year-old Kingston Rikar, who was reported as a runaway Jan. 30, was located Feb. 8 in good health in Pāhoa. However, he ran away again later the same day.
Rikar is a 5-foot-7 Pacific Islander, 130 pounds, with a dark complexion and slim build, black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information about Rikar’s whereabouts is asked to call the Hawai‘i Police Department’s non-emergency line at 808-935-3311.
