Hawai’i Island Police are searching for 67-year-old Joseph Frances Madeiros who has been reported missing.
He is 5 feet 9 inches tall, 200 pounds, has gray hair, hazel eyes, and a fair complexion. He was last seen on Jan. 25 at 2 p.m., in the area of Maka‘ala Road in Volcano.
