Hawai‘i Island police seek public help finding missing woman

3:30 p.m. Jan. 22 update: The Hawai‘i Police Department has just reported that 44-year-old Kamina Elias, who was previously reported missing, was located in Pāhoa on Jan. 18 in good health.

Original post: Hawaiʻi Island police are searching for 44-year-old Kamina Elias. She was last seen on Kamana Street in Hilo the morning of Jan. 14, however not reported missing until recently.

Elias has a dark complexion, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 145 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes. She is known to frequent various locations in the Hilo and Puna areas.

Police ask anyone with information on Elias’ location to call the department’s non-emergency line at 808-935-3311.
