The Wastewater Division of the Department of Environmental Management will be relocating from its Railroad Avenue office to the Waiākea Office Plaza in Hilo.
The move to 345 Kekūanāo‘a Street, Suite 45, is to improve accessibility and consolidate Hilo administrative offices in one location.
There will be no interruptions to wastewater treatment services.
The address for mailing sewer bill payments or for making in-person bill payments remains unchanged at 345 Kekūanāo‘a Street, Suite 41. Direct phone numbers for employees will remain unchanged, as will the Wastewater Division’s main line at 808 961-8338.
