The National Weather Service in Honolulu reports there will be northeast winds of 20 to 30 mph with localized gusts to 50 mph.

Sustained northeast winds of 25 to 45 mph are expected with localized gusts of over 60 mph.
The National Weather Service has also issued a wind advisory for North and South Kona, Puna, North and South Hilo Districts through Friday.
Sustained winds of 20 to 30 mph are expected, with forecasted localized gusts of over 50 mph.
