Hawai‘i Island police seek public help finding mother and 2 young daughters

Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 38-year-old Terriphena Yazzie of Mountain View, who was reported missing. She is considered endangered because she is in need of medication.

Yazzie and her two children – 2-year-old Adijah Alamo and 1-year-old Jahdijah Alamo – were last seen on, Oct. 29, but reported missing on Nov. 12.

No photograph of Yazzie is available; however, she is described as being of Native American descent, 5 feet 6 inches tall, 130 pounds, with long reddish-brown hair and brown eyes. She also has numerous tattoos on her legs and back.

Adijah Alamo is approximately 2 feet tall, 50 pounds, has a tan complexion, brown short wavy hair and brown eyes.

Jahdijah Alamo is approximately 1 1/2 feet tall, 30 pounds and has a tan complexion, brown short wavy hair and brown eyes.

Police ask anyone with information on the location of Yazzie and her daughters to call the Hawai’i Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.
