Police renew request for information regarding missing Hilo man Elroy Pacheco Jr.

Hawai‘i Island police are renewing their request for the public’s assistance in locating 62-year-old Elroy Holi Pacheco Jr., of Hilo.
 
He was reportedly last seen on Aug. 16 in the Hilo area. He is known to frequent Clem Akina Park in Wainaku and the Clubhouse on Kilauea Avenue in Hilo.
 
Pacheco Jr. is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, approximately 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
 
A recent photograph of Pacheco Jr. has been added to help the public with his identification.
 
Police ask anyone who may have information on Pacheco Jr.’s whereabouts to please contact Detective Christopher Jelsma at 808-961-2386 or christopher.jelsma@hawaiicounty.gov.
