Updated Oct. 14, 2023: Hawaiʻi Island police have located 21-year-old Tyler Napoleon, who was wanted for questioning in connection to an assault investigation. Napoleon went to the Hilo Police Stateion on Oct. 9 and spoke with detectives.

Original post: Big Island police want to know if anyone in the public has seen a Hilo man who’s wanted for questioning in connection with an assault investigation.

Tyler Napoleon, a 21-year-old from Hilo, is 6-foot-2, 210 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is known to frequent the Hilo area.

Anyone with information regarding Napoleon’s whereabouts is asked to contact Detective Corina McLellan with the Hawai‘i Police Department’s the Area I Juvenile Aid Section at 808-961-2276 or via email at Corina.Mclellan@hawaiicounty.gov. You can also call the department’s non-emergency line at 808-935-3311.
