The Hawai’i Fire Department responded to a fire in Eden Roc at around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Officials arrived on scene to find a single family dwelling, described as a single-story, wood structure with an iron roof, fully engulfed in flames with the roof collapsed.

The structure, located across from 11-1781 Pilo St., appeared to be unpermitted with trash littered around the property, officials said.

No occupants were found at the scene, and the fire was out at around 2:55 p.m.
