Two keiki reported as runaways found safe

Hawai‘i Island police report that two female east Hawai‘i runaways were located in good health in separate instances.

Eleven-year-old Kulia Uaiwa-Penn, was located in Hilo on Monday. Due to her age, she is considered an endangered missing person.

Fifteen-year-old Cara Miguel, was located in Puna on Sunday.
