Police seeking endangered Hilo child

The Hawai‘i Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing child.

Eleven-year-old Kulia Uaiwa-Penn has black hair, brown eyes and weighs 130 pounds. She was last seen on Oct. 2 at 12:15 p.m. on Ululani Street in Hilo.

She was wearing a red polo t-shirt, red jacket and khaki shorts.

Uaiwa-Penn was initially reported as a runaway but due to her age, she is considered endangered.
