1:24 p.m. update: Marissa Todd has been located in Hilo in good health.

Original post: The Hawaii Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing “at risk” person: Marissa Todd.

Todd is 29 years old, 5’2″ tall and 160 pounds with brown eyes and shoulder-length brown hair. She was last seen in the 300 Block of Kapiolani Street in Hilo on Sept. 20 at 6 a.m.
