Update at 10:21 p.m.: The Hawai’i Police Department says Pill Hwan Cha, 64, who was reported missing on Monday has been located in Hilo in good health.

Original story published at 7:07 p.m.: The Hawai’i Police Department is looking for the public’s help in locating a 64-year-old missing man last seen in Hilo on Monday.

Pill Hwan Cha is considered to be at-risk, and was last seen around 4 p.m. on Ululani Street in Hilo.

Cha weighs around 130 lbs., has black and gray hair, and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a beige shirt and white pants.
