Update at 7 a.m. Sept. 15: Police report that 39-year-old Maio Mihno Semes of Captain Cook, who was  previously missing, was found the evening of Sept. 15 in South Kona in good health.

Original story: Big Island police want to know if anyone has seen a Captain Cook man who was reported as an at risk missing person.

The Hawai‘i Police Department says 39-year-old Maio Mihno Semes was last seen about 12:30 a.m. Sept. 14 in the 83-5000 block of Nāpo‘opo‘o Road in Captain Cook. He is Micronesian with a dark brown complexion, 5-foot-7, 255 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes.
