Traffic alert: Avoid W. Kawailani Street between Kino’ole Street and Kimo Place due to structure fire

The Hawai’i Police Department advises motorists to avoid W. Kawailani Street between Kino’ole Street and Kimo Place in Hilo due to a structure fire.

W. Kawailani Street will be closed for the next 4 hours, police said.

Motorists are advised to detour around the area using Haihai Street or Kehaulani Street.
