Updated 6:30 a.m. July 2: Kino’ole Street in Hilo has reopened.
Original post: Big Island police are notifying the public to avoid Kino‘ole Street in Hilo on the Big Island, between Waiānuenue Avenue and Haili Street, for the next several hours as repairs are being made to a water main break and the roadway.
