Omni Luncheon is a plant-based meat alternative that is made with non-GMO
soy, wheat and beets. It is free from cholesterol and lower in sodium than traditional
luncheon meat products. It is also high in dietary plant fiber, according to a company press release.

The new plant-based katsu musubi is now available at all 66 7-Eleven Hawaiʻi locations on Oʻahu for $2.99. It is available on Kauaʻi, Maui and Hawaiʻi Island for $3.49.
