A free informational webinar, “Saving Time & Sourcing Local: Buying Local with Food Hubs,” will be shown on May 5.

The webinar was developed by the Hawaiʻi Tourism Authority in partnership with the Hawai‘i Food Hub Hui. Local food buyers will discuss how food hubs work, the benefits of partnership, common pitfalls and tips for success. 

The webinar will be facilitated by Dr. Saleh Azizi, coordinator of the Hawai‘i Food Hub Hui.
