The Hawai‘i Police Department seeks the public’s help in locating a missing 12-year-old Justine Kawa‘a.

Justine was last seen on Kaumana Drive in Hilo on Monday at 10:10 p.m. wearing a black hoodie and blue shorts. The 12-year-old was initially reported as a runaway, but because of her age, she is considered endangered.

Justine is described as 5 feet tall, 146 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on Justine’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 or contact police dispatch at 808-935-3311.
