Big Island police seek Ka‘ū man wanted on outstanding bench warrants

Benjamin “Kawika” Jerin-Kealoha

The Hawai’i Police Department is asking the public to help find a Big Island man wanted on several bench warrants and questioning in connection with other criminal investigations.

Big Island police say 28-year-old Benjamin “Kawika” Jerin-Kealoha of Ka‘ū is 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighing 180 pounds, with brown eyes and hazel hair. He is known to frequent Ka‘ū and South Kona.

Anyone with information about Jerin-Kealoha’s whereabouts is asked to call Detective Jason Foxworthy at 808-326-4646, ext. 262, or 808-333-2921. They can also contact him via email at [email protected] or call the department’s non-emergency number at 808-935-3311.

Police remind the public that harboring or concealing a wanted person could result in criminal charges.
