Noah Van Dam

Authorities seek the public’s help in locating Noah Van Dam who is missing and considered at risk.

The 23-year-old was last seen on Makaala Street in Hilo on March 28 at 2 p.m. He’s 5 feet, 8 inches tall with curly brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray shirt and red shorts.

Anyone with information that can assist in helping safely locate Noah Van Dam, call 911 or contact Hawai‘i police dispatch at 808-935-3311.
