Updated on March 5, 2023: Missing 13-year-old Kailea Kekipi has been located in good health in Hilo.
Original post: Big Island police are asking for the public’s help with finding 13-year-old Kailea Kekipi, who was reported as a runaway and because of her age is considered endangered.
Kailea was last seen at 10 p.m. March 3 on Kino‘ole Street in Hilo, wearing a green jacket and shorts. She is described as 4 feet, 11 inches tall, weighing 100 pounds, with black shoulder-length hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information that can assist in helping safely locate Kailea is asked to call 9-1-1 or contact police dispatch at 808-935-3311.
