Update: Missing child located in good health

The Hawaii Police Department seeks the public’s help in locating missing 13-year-old Legend Montgomery, who was last seen on Manono Street in Hilo at 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 24.
He is 5-foot-8, 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, black pants and boots.
Montgomery was initially reported as a runaway, but due to his age, he is considered endangered.
