State of Hawaiʻi traffic fatalities from 2019 through first two weeks in 2023. Source: Hawaiʻi Department of Transportation

In consideration of the 117 lives that were lost on Hawaiʻi roadways in 2022, the Hawaiʻi Department of Transportation is seeking community input regarding traffic safety-oriented enforcement, infrastructure and public awareness.

Information collected from the survey will help the department of transportation dedicate resources to communities that are greatly impacted by either traffic safety concerns or need additional resources and materials.

This survey will be open for responses until Dec. 31, 2023.
