Update: Both lanes of Hwy 11 by the 5-mile marker, Hilo bound, are now open.

A vehicle crash closed one Hilo-bound lane of Highway 11 between Ikaika and Mamaki Streets. The highway is closed at mile marker 5. Motorists are advised to expect delays.
