Authorities are seeking the public’s help locating a Kailua-Kona who is wanted for questioning in a sex assault investigation that occurred in Hilo.
The man sought is 23-year-old Keoni Jorge Valdez. He is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
