UPDATE: The Department of Water Supply has completed repairs to the two water main breaks along Puakō Beach Drive in South Kohala, restoring service to affected customers.
ORIGINAL: The Department of Water Supply is working to repair two water main breaks along Puakō Beach Drive in South Kohala.
According to DWS, customers in the area will experience no or intermittent water service as repairs are made with are estimated to take six to eight hours.
A DWS water tanker will be stationed near the Puakō General Store for the public’s use.
