The Hawaiʻi County Electronic Processing and Information Center (EPIC) Online Permitting system is scheduled to upload additional legacy permit information to improve services beginning Friday, Aug. 19, at midnight through Monday, Aug. 22 at noon.
During this time, the EPIC system will not be able to accept any permit and plan applications and payments.
