Update: The Hawai‘i Police Department advises the school threat at Kea‘au High School has been resolved, and all schools have lifted their lockdown. Officers are still present in the area.

Kea‘au High School, Intermediate and Elementary as well Ke Kula ‘o Nawahiokalaniopu‘u immersion school are currently on lockdown due to a school threat.

It is unknown what the threat is at this time.
