Police Seek Kailua-Kona Runaway Teen

Big Island police are asking for the public’s help with finding a missing teen.
The Hawai‘i Police Department says 14-year-old Kamalii M.K. Lawelawe of Kailua-Kona was reported as a runaway. He was last seen at 10:30 p.m. Sunday, July 3, at his residence, wearing white shorts and a white aloha print shirt and had a small blue backpack.
He is described as 5 feet, 4 inches tall, weighing 130 pounds, with short curly reddish hair and brown eyes.
