HPD Seeks Public Help Identifying Suspect in Vehicle Theft

Authorities seek the public’s help with identifying a man involved in a motor vehicle theft that took place in Pāhoa.
The incident occurred on Tuesday, June 20, 2022, at 7 a.m. According to Hawai‘i police, an unidentified male suspect was observed on video surveillance footage removing a 2005 white four-door Nissan Frontier from a convenience store on Pāhoa Village Road.
Police ask for anyone who recognizes the pictured suspect to call Officer Benjamin Koehler at 808-935-3311, or email [email protected]. Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 808-961-8300.
